I finally have one that holds ALL my "cards".

I used #5 plastic canvas to reinforce the sides and make the slots for the plastic card holders. I just crocheted right into the holes on the 3 sides.

I used #10 LaCampana and a D hook.

You could also use this method for any type of book cover, diary, daily planner, etc.
